‘This shared motion behaviour and geometry gave us an underlying thread for all other branding assets.’

The task was to unify, streamline, and visually communicate how the two logos can work together and share the same DNA and shape geometry in a simple, cohesive execution. Our solution was designing a Bridging animation between the two logos and a new motion behaviour system. This motion behaviour established a new role for the heritage shapes as building blocks for the two hero logos.   

The EA Bridge Animation has become the main brand animation to preceed all major announcements of their flagship games. The assets have been such a success since launch that it has been adopted across all EA’s major press announcements and game trailer end frames for some of the biggest EA launches from EAFC, Madden to Battlefield.
